Lates, Cancelation & No-Show Policy
If you are going to be late please phone (587) 435-HAIR(4247)
Anything later than 15 minutes will have to be rescheduled as it will cut into the next clients reserved appointment time.
No phone call will be considered no-show.
All appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior because I know how easy it can be to forget you have an upcoming appointment you booked weeks ago, therefore 48 hours notice is required to cancel appointments, anything less than 48 hours notice will be charged 25% of the base service price.
Lates and no-shows will be subjected to a 50% charge of the base service price.
All charges will be invoiced via PayPal and due immediately. You will not be able to book an appointment until the invoice has been paid.
Referral Program
You will receive $20 off for every successful referral you send* For example, if two of your referrals visit me you will receive $40 off your next appointment.

New Clients & Major Changes
To plan better for your visit, please send me
1) A photo of your current hair (Front, sides and back) in natural lighting.
2) Inspiration photos of the cut/color you desire.
3) Complete hair history. For long hair this could be 5+ years. This includes professional and non-professional (Box color). This info can be sent via text or email.
